Experimental Log
 
The Experimental Log Shows:
    1. Start/Exit WinLTP
2. Enter/Return from Seal Test (print PulseAmp, Rpipette, Rseal, Rs, Rm and Idc) *
3. When Spreadsheet is cleared, AmpFile saved, Protocol file opened/saved *
4. Start/Stop Continuous Acquisition protocol *
5. Start/Stop Main Protocol 
6. What Sweeps have occurred (T0,T1,P0,P1,AP0,AP1) 
7. Protocol flow (Loop, AvgLoop, Run, Run of Run/Else, Else of Run/Else) 
8. Evoked Single and Repeat Events
9. Enter time and solution change by keyboard input
  10. When solutions have changed using the Perfuse statement (not shown below, but see this)
and can
      Determine which Sweeps, Loops, Runs and Run/Elses to show

PrintToLog page determines which Sweeps, Loops, Runs and Run/Elses to show - all in this example.		  
The Experimental Log run including adding 100 uM AP5 at 30 sec.

 

 

Print out Detection, Stimulation, or All Protocol Values

Clicking on a 'Detection', 'Stimulation' or 'All' button also outputs Detection, Stimulation or All Protocol Values to the Experimental Log.  The figure below shows Detection Values (in blue) printed to the Experimental log when the ‘Detection’ button is clicked, followed by the first sweep after the Detection protocol values are printed (purple).
