Windows 7 security support from Microsoft has stopped on 20 January, 2020, and Microsoft no longer supplies Windows 7 security code updates.  Therefore, all Windows 7 computers should be disconnected from the Internet at this time..

Rather than upgrade your Windows 7 computer, the simplist thing to do is to just disconnect your Windows 7 computer from the Internet, and transfer your WinLTP data using a USB memory stick.
